| James Grant | If you buy furniture from here don't bother buying the protection plan. My couch had a manufacturer defect with the frame and they were going to replace the item. They charged me a 300 delivery fee to bring me the section that was broken. And no one was willing to help. I was on the phone every day for almost 2 months talking to countless people just trying to get the order to even go though. I work in customer service and this was a Horrible experience. I know I will never buy another piece of furniture from them. Everyone I spoke to told me how easy of a process it will be and someone will call me the next business day, never happened. Then I got bounced around between stores till they got someone who would help. And that's where I paid the 300 just to get the piece replaced and end this horrific experience. |
