They came out to service my dryer and took it completely apart and determined there were no issues with the components and my problem was the electrical outlet. I paid them 65 for coming out. I repaired my electrical issue and when I used my dryer for the first time I heard loud thumping noises and stopped the dryer and removed my clothing to find a screw in my clothing. I contacted this company to inform them of my issue and they pretty much called me liar and refused to try to correct the issue! They took my money and will not stand behind their work! They are crooks and are very rude and unprofessional! I wish I could give them no stars! |
