| Danielle Eckstrom | I would give less than one star if I could. I put my down payment for my bedroom set over a month ago and had a set delivery date for today. They had me stay at home and wait for the delivery. I called at 11 am after not receiving any information on delivery time and they said I should expect the delivery around 12. 12 came and passed and I called again at 1 pm letting them know that I had to leave for one hour so I would like to be given a heads up when the delivery was on the way. They said the drivers were going on lunch break and should be done in the next hour. I did not hear anything and ended up calling again at 5pm to see what was going on. They said the drivers were stuck north shore and they would call me back. I had to call again before the store closed at 7 to finally have them tell me they will not be delivering the furniture and I can come pick it up tomorrow. What a joke. Zero apologies and complete lack of concern for wasting my entire day. Terrible customer service. I spoke with Danielle and Dale. Dale was the representative that told me she was the only one in the store and she forgot and did not have time to call me and notify me of any delivery information the entire business day. |
