BUT I already highly recommend these guys. Our property is older with a few previous owners. The ones we are purchasing from did not know exactly where the tank was located since they never had an issue. Mr Wade came out and inspected and said he'd have to come back with a backhoe to find it. He came back within the following week and with some digging located it. Huge mess but thankfully the mess is contained to septic area and lines ONLY. Huge relief with that alone. But Mr Wade was concerned about the mess and the opening. I assured him we had some extra material and we could handle covering it up. He called back the following morning because he had been worried about it and wanted to check and see if we were able to get it covered and see if there was anything else he could do to help until the job was finished. I assured him it was taken care of and well covered now. His concern was refreshing and very much appreciated! Now THAT is the type of integrity lacking in the world today and EXACTLY what you want in a business! Much respect and appreciation to them! |
