Rick was amazing! From the beginning he informed us the cost of repair and was very prompt with responding. He advised us of the entire process and the parts needed for our stove. Jan. 10, 2020 we contacted Rick about repairing our 12-year old Maytag washer which was not agitating or spinning. He asked when we wanted the repair. We asked for today, if possible. He came later this morning. Rick has 20 years' experience fixing appliances. He brought the part with him, checked to verify that the current part was not working which it wasn't and then quickly installed the new part. The washer works great. He gives a 30-day warranty on labor and a 90 day warranty on parts. Best of all, he knows what he's doing. We highly recommend him for any appliance repair.
