| Aaron Short | They showed up on time and prompt. Unfortunately, the service call did not determine the problem with the microwave. He spent less than 30 mins. Diagnosing, blew a fuse I bought and didn't look further into fixing problem. A wasted 70 1/2 hour that I already knew. I called them for his expertise and got nothing in return except, I need to bring it into the shop and look at it. And then he told me that he didn't have the parts to fix it. If I didn't have the fuses I bought, he probably wouldn't have gotten as far as he did. Not recommending at all! Who comes to a house call and not have the parts when they knew of make and model. |
