Curt Kinney | They have furniture, appliances, etc very good customer service! Knew exactly what I wanted in a new washing machine! 3 year warranty and once year they come out to check to see that everything is in good working order they find a problem they will fix it right then! Ask for Drew excellent customer service. I will return for other products when needed! |
Julie Taylor | The service technician and customer service were great. However, it took four visits to fix something that should have been easy. The first technician came and ordered a new part for us. The second guy came to install the part but realized it was the wrong part for our appliance and wasn't even the part needed to fix the issue. The third guy came and told us the second guy had ordered a different wrong part. He ordered another new part for us, and came back and actually fixed the problem. It took more than a month. It's no wonder Sears is losing money if their techs don't know what parts to order and they have to waste their time coming out so many times. I'm just glad our appliance was still under warranty, but wow... their part ordering process needs improvement. |
Rick Gouthro | The rep Dave said he repaired my snow blower and tested the auger to make sure the snow was shooting out. He adjusted the belt also. That was on Monday. Today, Thursday I used the snowblower and the same problem existed. The snow was piling up in front of snowblower and augers were not functioning properly. So the reason I called for the repair was for this specific reason. My repair rep said he checked and tested and said everything was fine. I even tipped him generously. So I am very disappointed. I had previously learned my repair service rep who has worked on our equipment for the past 15 years was laid off and only working one day a week. It is very disappointing that Sears would not look at "Andy's" record of employment before deciding that he should be laid off. He always fixed the problem and was extremely courteous. |
