TJ | Our gas cooktop began sparking randomly. Johnson Appliance ordered the part based on a phone conversation without even coming to our home. They were spot on and when the part arrived they installed it. Very happy with the service we received!! |
Jason Thorsell | Avoid these people. I made an appointment through Whirlpool's site. No show, no call the day of appointment. I explained I had to take time off of work and wanted a discount for the inconvenience. They said that's not their problem and to call Whirlpool. I said that should be their job. They said they don't have time for that and it's extremely frustrating calling Whirlpool. So apparently their time is way more valuable than mine. Owner was “very clear” they don't give any discounts for bad service, and especially referrals from the manufacturers. Sounds like a really great owner with great business aptitude :-/ |
Joe Polecheck | Literally can't understand how this place is still in business... First appointment, the tech showed up 6 hours late. There was ZERO movement on my repair, outside of me calling to inquire the status. There are two women who answer incoming calls. One is super nice and polite, and she deserves better than to work here. The other has no business working in customer service in any way. My compressor was supposedly ordered about 10 days ago, but I simply never heard back from them. I found someone else to do the repair in a fraction of the time. Stay away! |
