I had never heard if them and searched the local big box stores and found none available. Carmel vacuum showed up in the search. It was 10pm on a Friday night and I sent a message on the messenger on the web site not expecting an answer until opening on Saturday. But promptly I received a response back that they had in stock! Even better lower pricing in the store. When we arrived we found a big selection of vacuums. Tom took the time to explain all the differences. It made our decision easy and we got a great price. Wow - why did I wait so long. I bring in my knives for sharpening - fabulous. Buy my laundry products here. Once, I had a problem with the Miele softener, Tom took it back and exchange it. No fuss or muss. Just great people to deal with. So highly recommend. If you have lamps or small appliances, Tom repairs them too. |
