| Hannah Egeland | I called them to fix a refrigeration issue and the first time they came they did not fix it, despite me following the instructions given to me. The second time they came yet again they did not fix the issue. After recieveing the bill I called them.to discuss the fact that the refrigerator was still not fixed. The lady I spoke to informed me that they would charge me just for the first visit as they did not actually fix the problem. So when I received a letter to pay the entire amount I was very confused so I called and spoke to the manager to clear up the issue. Instead of helping me to clear up issue, he repeatedly call me a liar, claimed I did not speak to any woman in his office, and even went so far as to threaten me. This business is unprofessional, incompetent, and extremely poor run. If I could give it no stars I would. |
