Then he told me it would cost 501 for part and labor to install. I told him that was ridiculous. He told me he could order the part which was 114 for me if I wanted to install it myself. So I had to pay for the part and 90 for his service call. The part came it was refurbished - I assumed it would be new and I installed in less than an hour with a little help from a friend. Works great. Will never call Sears repair again. |

Mark H | I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. This morning I got a call that the technician called out sick and the soonest they can come out now is another 10 days. No incentive offered, no discount for the cancellation. The representative just gave the canned lines. I will not be buying another sears product if this is the best they can do for customer service and repair. |
