I called and got a quote of 55.00 per dryer to do annual maintenance. She never mentioned its an additional 85.00 to come out. I found that out when I got the final bill. After he did the annual maintenance he needed a part and at that point I called and asked what the final bill was with the part installed, she said 150.00, that was his wife and after he had done all the work and I advised her he said he needed to install the part which she was fully aware of when she gave me the 150.00 quote and then when he comes back to put the part in he adds an additional 90.00 onto the bill. I understand the charges but for what I paid I could have put down 250.00 on a brand new dryer. And for 240.00 the bill was all scrawled out in poor handwriting and I had to ask him to put down that it was for the two dryers. Really unprofessional but they're the only place in town and they know it. Really don't trust a business that won't tell you the correct amount up front for everything and then pad the bill.
