| Kay Marie | I called this “company” to check out my ac unit after it had gone out. They came and replaced the compressor and a year later the compressor went out again. I contacted them to explain that my ac wasn't functioning again and asked what my options were. They sent out a technician who stated that my compressor was bad after getting a “brand new” one only ONE YEAR PRIOR and advised that it needed to be replaced. To make a long story short, he removed my compressor, took it with him and NEVER returned. I was left without a compressor that I paid for. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I called the office and was told that they could bring the part that they removed but it wouldn't be in working condition and I would still have to pay. The office staff is VERY disrespectful, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will warn everyone I know about this circus! |
