I've been having a problem for months now with the alarm going off. I've had them check it several times and they would always say it's fine, nothing wrong with it and don't worry about it. Today the technician found out during a routine check that the alarm was going off but the wire was burned out so it couldn't be heard. It cost 79 to replace the burnt out wire and they think it might be because we have been putting too much chlorine in it. They should have mentioned that at some point over the last few months when I kept having them check it!!! Now I'm out 79 when it could have been prevented. |
