Jean Anderson | the washer couldn't be fixed without me paying more for another part so I declined. I don't know how to rate this. I bought the washer from Sears & I wish they could have given me a replacement. |
Pat Secrest | You have not completed the repair of my water heater. Technician Otis took my part away on August 16, 2019 explaining that he did not have the right Phillips screw driver to install the part. Have repeatedly rescheduled only to find that the technician who came did not know anything about the missing part. This was followed by a call to the "manager" who acknowledged that employee Otis did indeed have the part "on his truck". This happened a couple of times. Per the Sears service website, he said he came on the 27th and missed me. Now I am supposed to reschedule the service. I know from my previous experiences that whoever shows up will know nothing about this and will have to call his manager, starting the whole process over again. This whole thing started after an initial visit from a technician on August 5 who failed to successfully repair the water heater in the first place. It feels like you are trying to stretch this out more than 90 days after the original screwup in order to avoid fixing the water heater. The repair was finally done the day after I posted this review. Thanks. |
