Spoke to Michelle who advised they could come look at our refrigerator but needed me to text the model number to her. Texted the model number to her that evening. Heard nothing. Called and left several voicemails following up over the next several days and heard nothing. Finally left them one more voicemail on a Saturday saying we were going elsewhere unless they called back. Got a call back the following Monday and Michelle left a snarky voicemail that I was supposed to email her the model number at the email address “you already emailed”. I have never emailed them or her anything. Called back and was told by a different person that they don't do refrigerator repairs. What the hell? If you don't do refrigerator repairs why do you need the model number in the first place? Terrible service.

Best service I ever had on appliance repair. good results. reasonable cost. I recommend to anyone. They called me at least 2 time to give me updates during repair process. That does not happen often at other places.
