I politely declined and paid the diagnostic fee. I was not happy with the original outcome. Curtis followed up with me after my post. He was very professional. He made things right with me. When we installed entire new system two days later we found main return was still nasty, pile of trash in my basement including the tape I lent him. Called left message and Curtis never called me back. Check everything b4 they leave!! |
