My warranty company has sent them to fix my Samsung fridge and the ordeal has lasted close to 5 months. 5 visits and 4 parts swap later, my freezer still does not work. Rather than putting in a claim that the fridge is unfixable, they just keep on swapping out parts after parts. Not only is it a waste of time since my husband and I have to take turns taking off work to accommodate their visits, it's a complete waste of labor on their end. NOTHING is fixed! after 5 visits! |
