| GeeZee | Called in April because the AC fan was not spinning and the circuit breaker kept popping. CHASE came out and flipped the breaker and charged me 65 to flip it. NO FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING. Fast forward a few months later and the SAME issue. CK AND Michael came out and had to replace circuit breaker and wires that were burnt. Because we called about the same issue previously they discounted 25. I am happy to receive a discounted price but am unhappy that it was not even 50 of the original 65. If CHASE had troubleshot to begin with then this could have been avoided. I like company overall and am conflicted on whether I will be using them again because of this. I was told that CHASE no longer works for the company and I'm a little happy about that |
