Mindy Ellis | I recently used this company for refrigerator repair and had a miserable experience. I originally called a number out of Bristow but evidentally this company has multiple numbers to contact them. I rushed home to meet them for an appointment before 5 only to wait with no word from them. At 7:30 when I called I was told they were on their way and would be there shortly. At 8 when Jim Childers showed up with 2 younger crew, they quickly assessed the issue and I paid for the 270 part needed. After a week went by I called to check in on the status and was told by Rebecca that "She wasn't sure where the part was and would call me back" long story short....they do not return calls when they say they will and you cant pin them down on an accurate arrival time or any definate information for that matter. It has been 3 weeks and when i called what I thought was a separate repair service to find out about wait times and ordering the part myself, I was met with animosity and accused of not having any confidence in their repair service. SORRY....YOUR DARN RIGHT I DONT HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE IN GETTING MY REFRIGERATOR COMPLETELY REPAIRED BY THEM.When I explained my frustration I was told I would be put on a NO SERVICE list. |
