Conned my nice mom in to buying a new dryer when it just needed a thermal fuse. Generally the number one reason a unit won't heat. They quoted her 500 in labor on a 400 unit. During installation the haggard grunt broke a storage freezer accidentally. Called and left the manager a polite please call message but said grunt called instead and unleashed a barrage of vulgar and threatening ex con blabber. After ignoring the childish barrage the manager who was standing there the whole time got on the phone and said he'd reach back. Well we had to call after days of silence to be asked if we had filmed then installing the dryer. It's funny because I see all bad reviews mention a lazy, impolite, and hard to reach staff. Wow are they spot on. The reason people miss small business that have been replaced by Walmart etc... is the customer care and communication. The McDonald's at rest stops are more well managed. You'd have better luck getting tech support from an Indonesian identity thief. Just for example, of 12 negative reviews, there's 5 replies.. 5! Not even half the job . If you had to shop with this sad excuse of a family business I would suggest filming them up close with a fish eye lens in pano. You have lost more money from this bobbled excuse of service then it would cost you to run a decent business. Chile's has a higher rating then you. Sincerely, an entrepreneur with common sense and morality.

Jimmy was awesome! Delivered and installed a washer within a few days of ordering. Will definitely use Eatontown again.
