Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Pittsboro, North Carolina

We are lucky to have a Lowe's store in our small town. It's a place that seems to be always busy with many searching and working the labeled aisles chock-full of great deals. I use it exclusively for whatever repair or hardware needs arise. Though I may not always be able to find what I want, the people assisting or checking me out are so very nice that I never leave embittered over any shopping failure. That's grand service, folks, and it's always there. Highly recommend one obtain and use their cellphone app, too. Once you do, you will understand the encouragement given for its use.

Great variety. They always have what I need

I have put an order for window shutters online. They were discounted at 75 off. I paid for the order online and I asked to deliver to the store for pickup. When I visited the store to check on the status of the order, they first told me there are 8 items in stock. Then customer service called the storeroom to bring them up front for pick up. the storeroom responded with they are not in the store. Customer service turned around and automatically canceled my order without remorse. I specifically told them not cancel the order because these window shutters were discounted and I wanted to get to the bottom of this issue. I ordered them online expecting they pick them from the store. I'm getting ready to call headquarters to get to the bottom of this. Just imagine if Amazon does business like this. They will not be in business for much longer than a week.
