What I thought I wanted was not what I ended up having installed so the samples were a big help with this. The removal of the old floors, and there were 4 different old floors in some areas of this older home, was done professionally and installation went well and completed on time. He came and double checked our measurements, plus removed our old carpet and placed the new carpet in our living room and hallway. The carpet and installation was reasonably priced. |

However I can't tell you how many times I've been there during open hours, the doors are locked, no one is there, I live 45 mins away and had to come back. No one ever answers the phone for any questions or help. I've gotten amazing product, however they need to be there for customers more. |
