JimLayla Collier | My husband and I bought a refridgerator in August of 2017. Within 6 months we began to have problems. After several calls to our warranty holder, in November 2018, we finally had a visit from a service repair. It is now September 2019, the fridge still does not work, the technician George has no idea why, he is guessing each time he comes and is ordering random parts in hopes of fixing it.Not to mentioned he has told us on several occasions that something is wrong with how we are using the appliance. Really? I have requested a new service tech and still have the same guy every time. He has been here a total of 5 times since January. Currently, I am waiting on 2 parts which are on backorder. After multiple phone calls, alot of double talk and hours of wasted time, I have learned that no one knows where the parts are, the technician has not documented anything and because of this, I do not qualify for the lemon law. This is the biggest piece of 2500 junk I have ever seen. If I ever get this thing fixed, I will never use Sears for anything else. As it stands, I will not ever shop there again! I gave this a one star because that is the lowest rating allowed. I do not feel they even deserve that. |
