I was skeptical when my Home Warranty Company assigned At Your Service Appliance Repair to fix my refrigerator based on reviews here. I was contacted in a timely manner and assigned a technician that lived close to my area. I was told he would call me the next morning to schedule. Robert, the tech, called the next morning at 8:30 and said he would be at my home within the hour. He arrived within that timeframe and assesed the repairs needed. He informed me of every step and wrapped up the repair in 45 minutes. The tech, Robert, was professional and courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to use them again based on this experience.

I'm beginning to think this is some sort of scam after reading all of these reviews -- and I honestly did not want to waist any more of my time even writing a review on them! I too fell victim to this company. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Our dryer broke and they came out and said the motor part needed ordering which took two weeks, and then another two weeks to finally install. When they finally came back claiming they fixed it, it was in fact not fixed. Had to reschedule another appointment, and they needed another part to order. Another two weeks go by and after no answers from all the phone calls, messages and texts from me and my husband, I called the warrantee company who said "they just ordered the part yesterday". Then after two MORE weeks go by they came back one last time with the other "new part" and said the warrantee company ordered the wrong part for them and they no longer make the part they need to fix it. Attached is a picture of how they left my dryer and I've never seen them again. Two months without a dryer was not fun. The warrantee company HSA wouldn't dispatch anyone until they released the claim. So I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and sending letters to all of the Warrantee companies including NFM and other places mentioned here. Sad to say this company is worthless. =

I have a high end oven which, about a month ago, gave a U20 code. I called the manufacturer and was given this company to service my oven. I was on hold 20 minutes when finally I was asked to leave my phone number and someone would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago...
