| Michael Hardy Sr | Was renting a washer dryer set. The original washer called it quits and Aarons swapped it out with a nice loaner. Months later I get a call saying that the other washer was dead and they will bring out a washer to finish out the purchase. That washer was swapped out with just 2 payments left. When the final payment was made I asked about the warranty and was told it was for 30 days. At 60 days that washer died. Called them and was told the warranty was up and they would rent us a new machine. Found out the machine has a few recalls and Aarons will not help out with those. |
