| Candice Casale | They came out to fix my washer, said they needed to order a new start button but it was rigged to work with a piece of paper. Got one load of laundry done and it stopped working. After a week of not receiving any call back about the start button coming in, we took the panel off. Apparently the start button is hooked up just fine and there is no rigged paper to make it work. It's been 2 weeks without a washer and no idea if they ever intend to come back out to fix it. Don't use this company ever! |
