Paul Mason | Don"t go anywhere else! Top rated company that stands behind their products. They go the extra mile and the customer service is hands down the best. Give them a call today. |
Shannon Thornton | My wife and I purchased a Hallman stove through APPLIANCE CONNECTION in 2017 because we wanted a stove that was supposedly manufactured in Italy to match our Old World custom built home. We finally received the stove after 12 weeks of waiting! We've had the stove a little over a year and the larger of the two ovens has stopped working, we contacted Mr. Appliance to service it, the service manager at Mr. Appliance spent several weeks trying to actually talk to someone about ordering the parts with no success. To his credit he decided to drive 3 hours one way to the Hallman facility in Smithville, Texas to see if he could speak with someone in person about the parts and was referred to someone else only to end up at a dead end again. I reached out to APPLIANCE CONNECTION as well to see if there was an additional contact for Hallman parts that they might be aware of, they could only give me the main number at Hallman, so of course when you call it all you get is a rude recording basically telling you to fill out a service request online and that if your calling about a delivery outside of 10 weeks that you would be requested to call back inside of 10 weeks. At this point we do not have a functional stove and have yet to speak with a live person at Hallman Industries! PLEASE, do yourself and your family a favor DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM THESE PEOPLE, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT REPRESENT ITS PRODUCT, WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND ARE UNRELIABLE TO SAY THE LEAST! They hide behind a pretty website, a messaging center and a pretty product, don't get sucked into their flytrap like I did! Ask yourself, do you really want to purchase a product that you have to wait months to get and then not be able to have it serviced. Worst decision I've made in a while. There are better options out there from companies that stand behind their products! |
Carmella A | Terrible knock off appliances. Do not purchase the ranges made in China supposedly "made in the same factory" as higher end appliances. Buy the Costco brand they will stand by their products. Range burners click non stop, light less than 50 of the time range is kept clean so this is not the issue. Oven has stopped working in less than 3 years. Material on knobs is flaking off. Samsung refrigerator was junk... Freezes up and leaks water and needs it be fully defrosted every 2 or 3 months. Stay away especially if you aren't local and cannot return which I tried to do almost immediately since problems started out of the box. Have had to make warranty calls every few months. Of the 3 appliances purchased, Kitchen aid dishwasher actually works well, and one can give the benefit of the doubt on the Samsung refrigerator don't buy an appliance from a company that makes other electronics but the Hallman brand ranges should be avoided at all costs. |
