I have a foreign car that over the years has been difficult to get worked on by mechanics in this town. I am a single women and don't know much about cars, but I am intelligent and want to know the details of my car maintenance needs. MY first experience with All American Auto was so positive that I wanted to share it with others. Mark and the folks there go the extra mile to evaluate the problems of the vehicle, communicate those issues to the customer though detailed photos and explanations via Youtube and outline a course of action, including a detailed estimate of costs. So far, the work they have done on my vehicle is excellent and that, coupled with the efficient work they do and the excellent communications, lead me to fully recommend this business for your vehicle maintenance needs.

I usually do all my own work on my vehicles. But I was in Ketchikan away from home and I needed my truck inspected. I was very happy with the service that this business provided.

I was their first customer that morning and they did not waste no time to maintain my vehicle and evaluated to see other issues as well. I was out of there in no time. I thought the prices of certain they change was very reasonable. And they offer to change tires once I ordered and to ship to them. Overall the service was excellent. Thank you.
