Dropped my car off at 9am and made sure it was still okay for me to pick it up at 4pm had to get a rocker panel on drivers side and I am college student so time is limited so I go back to retrieve my car. He then tells me " We never got to your car because we had bigger projects and we have been swamped." Why would you allow me to make an appointment a week ago if you have bigger problems? I appreciate the apology but that is awful business if someone makes an appointment a week ago and you have the car for 7 hours, yet never get to it because of bigger problems with other people's car are more important. |
