Always a pleasure going to Lines. The staff greets you like a family friend. They listen to what your reason for your visit is. They check to make sure your not due for any other maintenance to your car or shortly due for which is a HUGE time saver. They are honest and make sure to do what your required maintenance is, by make and model of your vehicle, on top of all other needs that you may have. They do have a loaner car available if it is needed. They call you to update you on things and email you your cars "test" results. I have been going here since 2015 when I moved to Ohio and by far they are more superior than any other mechanic I've been too.

I chose Lines Automotive to do an independent vehicle inspection prior to purchasing my used truck based on reviews I found online. I am from Wisconsin and spoke to them several times before and after the inspection. Besides getting a very thorough report including pictures of the truck, it is very evident that they really do care. The peace of mind was well worth every penny.
