Failed to mention it would be 3 business days for the metal to come in and they were behind in metal work. Left screws all over basement floor after first visit, left old furnace, no heads up phone call, could go on and on....No "Thank You" for your business. Happy our furnace is safe and working but not happy about the overall experience. |
