| Gina Eudy | We had the worst experience ever with this company. We bought a new unit and it didn't work as soon as the installers left. We called them back several times to correct the problem and it has been improperly installed the entire time! We had a huge water leak this past year and had to vacate our home for a month. The owner accepted full responsibility when he saw the air handler wasn't even installed right. My insurance company had already been contacted at that point so they paid the claim minus our 1000 deductible. Now Service Air Eastern Shore have changed their minds and decided they weren't going to accept liability anymore. So, we are out our deductible and our insurance premiums have already went up 1000 this year. Very disappointed with this company's customer service and the unqualified installers. They had an opportunity to do the right thing and didn't. |
