| Nicole Mouch | The repair job was fine...but giving 2 stars because I know have a broken key fob and nobody will own up to it. My fob had scotch tape wrapped around it when I got my car back. Big crack on the top and fob won't fit together properly now and doesn't work. I was told that when they picked up my keys it fell apart in their hand. I dropped my car off and know that the fob wasn't broken. I told them that someone had to have stepped on it or dropped it for it to be in the shape it is in now. Very dissapointed ...no offer of resolution or even a plausible explanation. Just own up to it! |
