I called Lee's Appliances and we discussed over the phone the cost of replacing the electronic board on my existing washer, versus purchasing a refurbished one. He told me what washers he had in stock, so I decided since mine was 11 years old or so, it would be prudent to exchange it. He came out the same day a short time after our phone conversation. He brought out a very nice washer that was clean and looked like new, took the old one and set up the one he brought. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The one he brought is working better than the one I had and I am very pleased, especially since it was way less than the cost of even the most inexpensive new one on the market. I highly recommend Lee's Appliances, especially if you have a tight budget. Great value for the money well spent. |
