I've been waiting on a part for weeks now no one has reached out to me about anything at all. I missed an appointment with the company due to an emergency, I spoke to a woman named Carrie on the phone who was very nasty from the beginning and rude. I tried to explain to her I had an emergency and that I was very sorry, but she didn't seem to care. Followed by this an email was sent out to my Home Owner about the situation which was COMPLETELY unnecessary due to already apologizing over the phone with her and working out another time to when I could be home. I felt like that was a slap in the face. Would NOT recommend them to anyone myself. Will be looking elsewhere. |
