That's more than a medical doctor would charge for 30 minutes worth of work! They're obsessive over their 89 service fee. I was fortunate to have LG step up and pay all costs, but found this company to be predatory towards vulnerable customers who need their appliances fixed in an emergency. Shop around before scheduling!!! Technician did a fine job replacing the compressor and was courteous, this review is to make potential costumers aware of the business side. |
