Horrible customer service got a dryer broke twice .They wanted me to take a replacement dryer that was from the stone ages.I called for 2 weeks straight and owner was there but refused to come to the phone .Finally went there and he told me it was my house wiring .My house is fine.He said he had no help.Beware dont go here.

My daughter is a single mother who saved up enough money to purchase a gas stove from Avon Appliance. The stove does not work. We have asked for parts to be sent and were willing to do the repairs our self. No phone calls or texts have been returned. While she does not have enough money to file in small claims court, we do. If we do not get a response from the owners, we will be filing in small claims court. It's no longer about the money. It's about Avon Appliance doing the right thing and honoring their 90 day warranty! It's about a company not taking advantage of other people and delivering what they promise! I had to at least give them one star or it would not publish my post.

Awful communication and service. I bought a W&D and only one cycle on the washing machine works and in less than a month now the dryer isn't working. They were called 8 days ago and I was told I would get a call on Monday, no call, I called them and they said someone would be out the next day, no show and no phone call. After I called them yet again, they said it would have to be the next day. The day is almost over and no one has shown up yet and no phone call. I call yet again and they stated it might have to be tomorrow. I would highly recommend if you need an appliance that you stay far away from this place. They don't call and their appliances are not in very good shape and service calls are a joke.
