I showed up at Mr.Ross's home that is more than an hour away with in the time frame I gave him the day before that he agreed to and he no showed me and yes I am in different areas on certain days as I cover a 90 mile radius Mr.Ross was very rude with me telling me when and how to schedule my repairs because he no showed I was at his home when I said I would be and I did tell him I was not going to service his television because he was being very demanding and telling me how I should operate my business he doesn't get off work until after my shop is closed I service hundreds of customers every year for Samsung LG and most extended warranty companies and 99.9 of people make arrangements for the time frame I give them I knew I would not make him happy no matter what kind of service I gave him and the manufacturer only pays me a low rate to make one trip and he no showed his appointment and the second trip cost small businesses like mine time and money that they do not have that's why small businesses have to do things in a cost effective way that is why you will not find to many people who service consumer electronics in most of these small towns from Pittsburgh to Columbus many have gone out of business years ago and I'm still here I must be doing something right we are by no means getting rich if I give a time and a day I will be there promptly and give you the best service I am able to the best of my ability

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS I contacted Samsung to have my television repaired and this is the business they used. The owners name is Josh. I work weekdays 6pm-6am religiously. I played phone tag with him for the first week after he was contacted by Samsung because of my schedule. 2 weeks later he calls to finally set up an appointment to replace the part in my tv. When he called he told me he would be by at 10-11am, I explained my schedule and he said he only works until 4 and only stays in the Pittsburgh Pa area until around noon or 1, so I was forced to take the appointment. When I explained this was unfair and I was planning to contact Samsung he laughed and said "You know what I'm gonna do? I'm canceling your order and sending your part back, have fun waiting another two weeks and good luck finding another service center." He also explained that he waits to stack appointments in the same area because he makes more by grouping them. He gets paid to make the trip by the company so instead of making fast personal trips he stacks them together so he can pocket traveling expenses paid to him. I was appalled and immediately contacted Samsung who was disgusted by his behavior towards his customers.
