| Kelsay Dunbar | Frigidaire sent him out to repair my new refrigerator due to it leaking. He fixed the leaky part but then my refrigerator wouldnt make ice and was shooting water out of the door. I called to see if he would come to fix it and never heard anything back. I called frigidaire again and they sent him back out due to him being the only repair place near me..he then broke my water line and took the part off my refrigerator. He told me it would be the following Thursday when the new part would arrive. I never heard anything from him so I called several times and he kept giving me a different day. I have since had to have a new repair shop service my refrigerator after ordering the part he took and never replaced and a new water line that he broke. |
