We always have such a great experience when a Beltz serviceman comes to our home. Chuck did a great job doing our biannually inspection. He spent extra time looking over everything thoroughly, explaining our options. Scheduling was super easy and fast. I would recommend Beltz to anyone asking for home services. They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!

Called for backed up sewer line in front of the house. Came out 2 hours later. They used a spade bit to clear a line in roots to get drain going and said the auger bit would break if they tried to push it through. But hey for 5700 dollars they would replace it. I said we would think about it. Called them back the next day and again couldn't clear the line but hey water is flowing. I went a used a drain line clearing powder and haven't had an issue since. I called and talked with service manager and he said he would have us put on schedule for Thursday or Friday and have them come with a knife blade to clear and use a jet line. I called and wasn't put on schedule. I was placed on for Friday I talked to manager on Tuesday or Wednesday. Came out said they could do anything and I had service person call the manager. and I said I wanted a refund. He said okay. I called Monday ate morning and amazingly refund hadn't been processed yet. I did get it later that day but I should have to call to get things done. I would not recommend them for minor work they will try and get you to replace for much more money.

Excellent service. Jimmy explained everything and gave us options. Everything that had to be disturbed crawl space opening, gate unlocked, etc was put back the way they were. Very happy with the work
