| AAU Reid Raukar | Do not do business. Not qualified to fix refrigerators. The gentleman came over and diagnosed the probably as a fan and would cost 250 total to fix. He ordered the part and returned a few days later. Replaced my fan, but the light on the freezer side no longer worked. Told me it would be back to normal in one hour. No change by the next day as the fridge was still broken. He came back with another person to help him to fix the light and said it was my compressor and it would be 500. I explained he should have diagnosed it accurately the first time if that was the case and I would have bought a new fridge. I told him I would consider my options and get back to him. After doing some research on Google I found it was likely my motherboard, ordered a part on eBay for 81, found a 5 minute video on YouTube and replaced the part myself. Fridge was back to normal. I called for a partial refund since the person missed the mark all around. They dishonestly told me they would give a partial refund and then gave me the run around for over a month. Dishonest and not qualified. Do not do business. |
