Appliance Repair by American Leak Detection of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico

My first experience with these guys was a couple years ago. They located a leak in my front yard and helped me figure out how to repair it. This year, I had a major leak under the slab. When I contacted them, they quoted me for a re pipe. From polybutylene to PEX. Decent price. I went with them, but the financing was complicated. Then they started the job the week of Thanksgiving. But the crew rushed it so they could leave early. They substituted different materials than I was quoted, and the place was left a mess! I had to call them several times to have it done right. Then they couldn't get the City out for inspections for almost 2 weeks! I was unable to reside in my home until the water was done! It was not a pleasant experience. I discovered that half the crew were actually only certified for sprinkler installs, knew very little about household plumbing , and were not accustomed to being clean about their work. I was disappointed! One week later, my pipes froze! They hadn't been properly insulated! I was told to "leave a faucet running at night", but I shouldn't have to with new pipes in 26 weather! I made them come out and re insulate the pipes!

Ceasar & Jesus were great. They finished my job in record time, explained the whole process to me, and were polite and kind. American Leak Detection is my go-to plumber ... they do it right the first time so it only needs to be done once!
