You have me an estimate for extra work. It did not need any of it. The car was not alligned after the ball joint was changed neither you told me that it was necessary to do it. You mentioned optional. It cost me two tires since the tires wear out since the car was not alligned and I drove with my daughter on wheels on wires. I have attached a picture of your txts. It seems to be you use the same answer and get upset over a review that we as customers we are entitled. I ask myself how many time you have done this. Thanks for telling via txt that you will put my vin and telling me that it was "cowardly". It is my right to review you and give you the rating that I believe that you deserve.
