| Robert Phillips | On New Years Eve 2018, while skiing at Mount Snow, we encountered a flat in the parking lot. Knowing that we wouldn't be able to find someone on New Years Day and we needed to leave for home that day to go back to work, we were scrambling to find someone who could take a look at the tire. It was about 4:15pm when I started calling everything I could find within the area. After about a dozen unanswered or no longer valid phone lines, I called the last one knowing that I would have to drive over an hour away near Brattleboro to find any other luck. When I called Local Motorcar, they said they closed 45 mins earlier but if I could get there by 5pm, they'd take a look. So with donut on, I headed over. Not only were they able to diagnose and replace a bad TPM core but they also swapped out the donut with the tire, which saved me the headache of doing it in the dark in the snow. These guys really came through and saved us MAJOR headaches on New Years weekend...and the cost was extremely reasonable. We tipped 100 ! Thank you LMS! |
