Once again for the sixth time I have received a non operational dryer in less than a month and a half the initial dryer didn't work upon recipe they keep switching the same three units out promising they are fixed and same issue every time they promise to have delivery guys out and it's several days before they arrive. Delivery guys are fantastic but office personnel are habitual liers. If I would have read the reviews prior to purchase I could have avoided this which I usually do. I'm done and will contact small claims first thing in the morning and will have them replace with new set plus property damage.

RUN!!!! Worst experience I've ever had!! Bought a Washer & Dryer Set in August, first week I had it, the washer had a lot of dirt left on my clothes. They did nothing even though I paid for a 1 Year WTY. Then 2 months later the dryer stop heating, I made numerous phone calls/text/emails over the last 2 months and still have not heard a word!! I've been to the store 2x and it was locked and nobody there during business hours. Apparently they same lady owns 3 in the Fayetteville area. Getting my attorneys involved.

I recieved my washer and dryer. Within two months it broke and they came and "fixed" it. Another two months went by and they "fixed" it again. We kept doing this the whole year of the warranty. Finally after the warranty was done for a month I called someone to come in and fix my washer. They said that the washer was broken for a long time and every time they came to "fix" it they never fixed it, they just tweaked the wires to say it was good. So now I've been without no washer and dryer since they never fixed my washer. To top it off the drum was ruining my floor with every wash. I have a ruined floor and not laundry device. Save your money. I will never buy used again because of them.
