Called and spoke to Jason at Rush Repair and told him what it was doing. He knew what it was instantly. He ordered the parts, parts were installed and I was back in business. You really have to know what you're doing and know these machines to be able to diagnose over the phone. Fast, efficient, absolutely no wasted time waiting for repairman. Unfortunately the part I needed was on back order, so I was out of a dryer for almost a month No fault of Rush Repair and the part was shipped directly to me when it was available. It came in on a Wednesday, which had me SO worried that my dryer wouldn't be fixed until the next week. Luckily, Rush Repair has planed for this!! Who doesn't like employees who think AHEAD!? So they scheduled a technician to be in my area on Friday!! They came on time, a day after my part arrived and had my dryer fixed. I cannot tell you how much it means to me. The costumer service was outstanding!! I would definitely recommend Rush Repair. And I plan on using them in the future. I have four kids, so it meant a lot to me that the employees were thinking of me and planning ahead on my behalf. |
