| Annie Sheets | I had a new shower installed a couple years ago and I had to have them return due to it leaking and causing mold on the wall in my bathroom. After their inspection it was determined it was not installed properly and they installed a new one. After less then a year the caulk was coming off of it and I paid them to come out and recaulk it. After less then another year the caulk started coming off again. I called the manufacturer and purchased the caulk they recommended for the shower unit. I am now, myself removing the caulk they used on it and paying someone else to redo it. The wood trim they put around the outside of the shower was also a poor job. It didn't fit nicely, was too short and one area filled in with caulk where two pieces didn't meet. I was not happy with this shower installation, especially for the price I paid. |
