All the people from the office to the techs were very nice and courteous to speak with. However, they were unable to clean out a simple grease clog in my gray waterline despite making three trips and having “the largest” jet among other companies. The first trip, the very nice tech left the hose off my washing machine. When I went to run the machine, by the grace of God I was downstairs and heard the machine dumping water all across my unfinished basement. Not a big deal since my floor is concrete however but still a mess nonetheless. The second trip they ran cable and inspected my septic. They tried to run the jet, but said the jet was too big to run through my gray waterline and told me that I would need to run a new gray waterline, or tie the line into my septic tank like most homes do these days. He then left, and did not replace the cover to my exposed septic tank which I did not notice for two full days since it's in a location I can't see from the house and isn't where any foot traffic is. They did come out a third time to speak with my husband about the issue because there was some miscommunication between the tech and myself, and since I don't know plumbing, I felt angry and confused as to why the issue had not been resolved and I was unable to answer my husbands questions. When I brought up that the septic tank had been left exposed the guy laughed and said “oh man I even told you I was going to cover that“ and didn't seem to give one care at all! They are claiming to have only charged me for one trip and I paid 200 for the whole thing and still had a clogged gray water line. I called another company, zippy drain cleaning, and they were able to make two trips, one to identify the problem unlike this company, and the second to bring back their waterjet machine and in 45 minutes, my gray waterline was clean and working. They only charged 270 for both trips and running the jet and actually got the job done.
