Of course it was working when he came out Friday afternoon, but stopped working again that night, and he came out late that night to find the problem while it was occurring. Turns out the blower motor was overheating. Instead of trying to sell us a new system, as I've heard plenty of other HVAC companies do, he searched until he found the hard to find replacement part and came back out to replace it for a very reasonable price.
